REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bossy Girlz Cosmetics LLC, we take pride in the quality of every product we send your way. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final — Exchanges Only We do not offer refunds. However, we gladly accept exchanges on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

To request an exchange, please email us at bossygirlzcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email bossygirlzcosmetics@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.

• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items returned after the 7-day window
