Refund policy

Due to Covid-19 we do not offer refunds, but if you have questions about your order please send an email to bossygirlzcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number so that we can resolve the issue. 

We will respond to all emails within 1-3 days. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday please allow 3-8 business to process your order. Please keep in mind that large order may take a little longer since all items are made to order.

There will be no refunds if you provide the incorrect mailing address, if you would like your order re shipped you must pay the shipping fee. However if we make a mistake with your order please send an email with your order number and the issue. The email address is bossygirlzcosmetics@gmail.com. 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED, THE CONSUMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE  SHIPPING FEE

Once the order is shipped we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. WE use USPS please contact them if you have issues with the delivery. Their phone number is 1-800-275-8777
